Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the City of Haileyville current water policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water.

Water bills are due on or before the 15th of each month. If paid after the 15th there will be a 10% late fee added to the balance. 

Water cut offs are on or around the 21st of each month, if the 21st falls on a weekend the shut-off will be the following Monday. There is a $50.00 reconnect fee. Water will not be turned back on until the balance is paid in full.

Trash service is included in your water bill, if water is shut off your trash service will also be terminated.

If you have a water leak, call the water department as soon as possible so we can make the proper adjustments if needed. Adjustments are made once per year per account.

If water service is discontinued and the remaining balance is not paid within 60 days your deposit will be applied to the past due amount. To restore service, or start a new account any past due amounts must be paid in full and a new deposit will be required.
